Pick any style cover from our web site and we’ll include a 10-year
warrantied Big Sleep Spring Sleep Futon Mattress Set (chair & otto)
and this richly stained and lacquered lodgepole pine chair & otto
frame by Suncoast Designs.
The Tahoe includes completely hidden hardware, easy of operation, and
for a pine wood, it is very durable with the excellent finish resisting
scratches and marrng. The beefy logs are 5 inches in diameter on both the
chair arms and the ottoman. The chair inself is 36 inches by 36 inches
when sitting. When open and positioned with the otto for sleeping the
space needed is 36 by 78. This is a very strong piece of fine furniture
and we hope you and your family will treasure it for generations! If you
get tired of the fabric, just order a new cover for approximately $150!

- Add a pillow: If you would like to add a decorator pillow to
your order for only $40, please let us know. A single pillow on the
chair is a nice touch!
- Wood color: The Tahoe comes in the rich medium stain shown or
in a clear lacquer only (light). The light color looks almost
unfinished except for the nice sheen. If you order the light, over
time the chair will darken some to a rich golden color. Just let us
know Light or Stained!
- 2nd cover: Our regular price for any of the cover sets above
is only $149 but if you order a 2nd cover set with your chair order,
your price is only $119! Just let us know which style! To add a pillow
to the 2nd set you only pay $30 instead of $40!
- Room Groups: If you love this furniture as much as we do, you’ll be
calling us anyway about how to order the couches too. Yes, we can ship to
you with a 10% freight charge. Full sets are $999, Queen and Loveseat sets
are $1,099 each, freight included! For each futon set you purchase after
the 1st set, you save $50! For our Southern California customers, all the
Tahoe prices INCLUDE DELIVERY & SET UP! Don’t forget, you will need
to assemble the wood frames!
- Shipping: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your futon to arrive by RPS
and expect there will be 3 to 5 boxes in the shipment. You may receive
your cover set directly from the manufacturer.
